Go 2025 Fitness Challenge

Kick off the year with our Annual Go Challenge which entails completing 2025 minutes of exercise within 60 days! Any structured workout qualifies, including running, weightlifting, swimming, basketball, group fitness classes, and more. This averages out to about 35 minutes each day, and we're confident you can achieve it!

This year, we're slightly changing things up! Register online and keep track of your workouts on the provided calendar—no app necessary.

Don't forget to join us at the Community Health Fair on March 6, where you can collect your completion prize and connect with local health and wellness professionals to support your fitness journey throughout the year!
