NEW FALL FITNESS CHALLENGE TRIATHLON IN A MONTH!

 Sept 30 to Oct 25 for $10.00 per person. Each participant will receive a calendar to track their progress. Post on the FB page for a chance to win raffle prizes. Anyone who completes the challenge can enter the Triathlon (Oct 24) for FREE!

3 levels to choose from:

  • Sprint 1-
    • 1500 meter swim (.93 mile)
    • 25 mile bike
    • 6 mile walk/run
  • Sprint 2-
    • 3000 meter swim (1.86 mile)
    • 50 mile bike
    • 10 mile walk/run
  • Sprint 3-
    • 5000 meter swim (3.1 mile)
    • 75 mile bike
    • 13 mile walk/run
  • Options to row instead of swim distance
    • Sprint 1- 4500 meter row
    • Sprint 2- 9000 meter row
    • Sprint 3- 15,000 meter row
