ARC Fitness Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a full-body training program that will enhance your everyday mobility while incorporating your favorite workout styles and is geared for all fitness levels. Alongside your certified trainer, you will mix a variety of functional training-based classes and together, we will work on balance, strength, endurance, and mobility. The program combines strength training with Pilates and HIIT/cardio, every day is different to keep your body guessing. This program will start with a good warm up to get your body ready for work, followed by a 30–40-minute workout and end with a long stretch at the end of each class to help prevent muscle pain and soreness.
