Youth Boot Camp

During Youth Boot Camp participants will work with certified fitness professionals to achieve an excellent workout in a boot camp style setting. This program provides children an opportunity to stay active while having fun. Each session promotes fitness and wellness education, social interaction and improved self esteem. Geared towards all youth who are looking to say active and lead a healthy lifestyle.
