Fall Fitness Triathlon in a Month

Are you seeking a new challenge in your fitness routine this October? Or maybe you have always thought of participating in a Triathlon but doubt your abilities? If so, join us for an exciting new event!

  • Each participant will receive a calendar to monitor their progress.
  • You’ll also join a Facebook group for motivation and support.
  • By posting in the group, you’ll have a chance to win raffle prizes throughout the month.

BONUS: Anyone who completes the challenge can participate in the Fall Fitness Triathlon on October 24 at no cost!

For the Triathlon in the Month, choose the level that best suits your fitness abilities:

Sprint 1

  • 1,500 meter swim*
  • 25 mile bike
  • 6 mile walk or run 

Sprint 2

  • 3,000 meter swim*
  • 50 mile bike
  • 10 mile walk or run 

Sprint 3

  • 5,000 meter swim*
  • 75 mile bike
  • 13 mile walk or run 

*Option to row instead of swim

  • Sprint 1: 4,500 meter row  
  • Sprint 2: 9,000 meter row 
  • Sprint 3: 15,000 meter row
